A Chemung County sex offender is in trouble with the law. The Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 30 year-old STEVEN VANZILE of Southport for failure to notify the Division of Criminal Justice Services of his address change…that’s a Class E Felony offense. VANZILE moved from his address in the Town of Southport to the City of Elmira and failed to update his address in the allotted time. VANZILE is due in the Town of Southport Court on March 14 for arraignment.
