Bail has been set at $100,000 for an Athens man arrested Monday by Borough police. 30-year-old Manly Chapman was charged with a felony count of Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver drugs. He was also charged with other drug and weapons counts. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 12th.
