The Tioga Chamber has released the dates for 3 additional sessions of Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. Upstate Safety Services will provide guests with the NYS mandated training on Sexual Harassment Prevention at various locations within the Tioga County. The events are scheduled for March 13th in Waverly, April 23rd in Newark Valley and May 22nd in Spencer. Under this strict new law, every employer in New York State is now required to establish a sexual harassment prevention policy and give interactive training at least annually for all employees, supervisors and managers by October 9th.
