Sayre Borough police last night arrested 26-year-old Katelyn Roach of Ulster. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia. She was arraigned in District Court at 7:15 p.m. Roach was remanded to the Bradford County Jail when she couldn’t post $10,000 bail. A preliminary hearing has been set for next week.
