The Tioga County Veterans’ Service Agency is hosting its 2nd Annual Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day on March 29th. The day will begin with a wreath laying ceremony at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial at the County Courthouse at 9:30am; followed by a ceremony at the Owego VFW Post 1371on Main Street in Owego with an unveiling of a special new project to honor veterans in Tioga County.
