PA State Police: Waverly Woman Faces 58 Charges

Pennsylvania State Police have filed a criminal complaint in district court against 21-year-old Michaela Gallagher of Waverly. The paperwork, which was filed Tuesday, charges her with 58 total counts. She faces 14 felony counts each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle.

 

She faces 14 other misdemeanor counts of loitering and prowling at night. Other charges include endangering the welfare of children and possession of drug paraphernalia. The crimes allegedly occurred earlier this year in Bradford County.

 

No date has been set yet for a preliminary hearing.
