New York State Police at Norwich are looking for the man in these photos. He is accused of damaging an ATM on North Canal Street in the Village of Oxford, Chenango County. The incident occurred on June 8, 2019. The perpetrator is described as a heavy set white male wearing a gray sweatshirt, black and gray shorts, a Dallas Cowboys hat on backwards and has a tattoo on his left calf.
It appears as though the man attempted to use the ATM, became angry and punched and kicked the machine. His card did not read in the ATM so troopers are not able to identify him. Anyone with information is asked to call State Police at 607-334-3296. Reference SJS: 8961554.
