Christopher J. Higgins, 31, of Van Etten, was arrested Wednesday, Aug. 7 on an outstanding Superior Court Warrant for Violation of Probation, a Felony, according to Chemung County Sheriff’s Office. The warrant was issued by Chemung County Court on July 31. Higgins was charged and remanded to the Chemung County jail. He will appear in Chemung County Court at a later date
