TIOGA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE HAS ISSUED THIS STATEMENT: On 10/24/19, the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that 11-year-old Trinity G. Allen of Owego, has died as a result of injuries which she sustained in a motor vehicle accident which occurred on State Route 17 eastbound in the Town of Barton on 10/20/19. The accident had previously claimed the life of 7-year-old Zachary D. Allen. The operator of the vehicle, 38-year-old Darlene L. Allen, is reported to be in critical condition at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pa.
