(Waverly, NY) – On February 10, at 10:27 a.m., Waverly Police arrested RICHARD ALLEN LANE , age 44 , of Waverly, NY, as a fugitive from Justice. Lane was wanted on a Warrant from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections for a recent alleged PA parole violation / violent tendencies.
Lane was arrested and taken into custody by Waverly police near Chemung and Pine streets in Waverly. He was arrested without incident.
Lane was sent to the Tioga County jail (CAP Court) to await further legal actions.
