(Waverly, NY) – On Friday, March 17, 2023, at 1:54 a.m., the Waverly Police Department arrested ROBERT J. PRETTYMAN , age 31 of Waverly, NY, for the Felony DWI. PRETTYMAN was arrested following a traffic stop on Clark Street.
PRETTYMAN was cited for failing to signal, BAC greater than .08%, driving without required interlock device and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree.
PRETTYMAN was released to appear in the Village of Waverly NY Justice Court on March30 to answer to the charges.
