(Waverly, NY) – On Tuesday, May 9 at 6:30 p.m., St. James Altar & Rosary Society will host their annual May Crowning of Mary and Living Rosary. The May Crowning is a centuries-old tradition combined with the Living Rosary which provides an opportunity for prayer and reflection. Fr. Jeffrey Galens, pastor of the Blessed Trinity Parish, will lead the rosary and offer his own brief reflection.
St. James Catholic Church is located at the corner of Clark and Chemung Streets in Waverly, and has a full service elevator adjacent to the west parking lot.
Everyone is welcome to join in this evening of prayer and reflection. There will be refreshments immediately following the rosary.
