It is no secret that prices in grocery stores have been rising, alongside recent cuts to SNAP benefits. More people than ever are struggling to pay their bills AND have enough money left over to buy food. If you find yourself in this situation, we want you to know that Tioga County Rural Ministry’s food pantry is here to help.

Tioga County Rural Ministry is in Owego, located on the dead end across from Home Central. Our food pantry is open to anyone in Tioga County. No income guidelines are necessary. Families may visit the pantry as often as needed. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 10am-4pm, and Friday 10am-1pm.
