A 39-year-old Owego man has been charged following a burglary in the Town of Owego.
According to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, Lukas J. Cartwright has been charged with grand larceny in the third degree, a Class D felony, following an investigation into the burglary and subsequent grand jury indictment.
Cartwright was arraigned in Tioga County Court and released. He will appear in court at a later date.
