A Rome man was killed during an ATV accident in Warren Township last weekend.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 30-year-old Nicholas Byrne was driving his ATV on Hickeys Rocks Road near Greek Road at around 10:17 p.m. on Satuday, July 6th when he failed to make a turn when the road veered left.
The vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree. Byrne sustained a fatal head injury and was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to police, the victim was not wearing any safety equipment at the time of the accident.
