A Sayre man could spend nearly three decades in prison following numerous felony convictions for sex crimes against a minor.
According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, 43-year-old Paul Leo Roberts III was sentenced to a minimum of 12 years to a maximum of 28 years for numerous convictions of photographing, videotaping, depicting on computer or filming sexual acts, all felonies in the second degree.
Roberts was also convicted on multiple counts of unlawful contact with a minor, a felony in the third degree.
Roberts had an inappropriate relationship with a minor in Burlington Township who was 16 when the relationship began.
He will be required to register under Pennsylvania’s version of Megan’s Law for the remainder of his life when he is released from prison.
