A man is facing several charges after he allegedly attacked someone with a hammer in Elmira last November.
According to WENY-TV, Jacob Bulkley has been charged with attempted murder, attempted assault and assault.
Elmira Police said Bulkley tried to kill a person by hitting them multiple times in the head with a hammer inside a home on Magee Street.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
