A brush fire burned 12 to 14 acres of land in LeRoy Township on Monday night.
According to the Daily Review, the Canton Fire Department responded to the 400 block of Bailey Corners Road at around 10:23 p.m. on Monday.
The fire started burning around three acres before heavy winds caused it to spread.
Firefighters from South Creek, Troy, Franklindale, Monroeton, Towanda, North Towanda and Wysox also responded to the scene.
No injuries or property damage were reported from the incident.
The cause of the brush fire is under investigation.
