A Buffalo man has been charged after he allegedly possessed and sold controlled substances at a business on Elmira Street in Athens Township.
According to police, 44-year-old Moneer A. Almansob has been charged with three counts of felony manufacture with intent to deliver and misdemeanor counts of intentionally possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
According to The Daily Review, the suspect allegedly sold pre-rolled joints, THC items and mushrooms on several occasions at King’s Smoke Shop at 2984 Elmira Street.
On one occasion, a detective purchased three items from the smoke shop and then was gifted an additional item from an employee, who was identified as Almansob.
The case was investigated by the Bradford County Drug Task Force and the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office.
