The New York State Police at Owego is asking for the public’s help in identifying a burglary suspect.
The man allegedly broke into the old Quality Inn hotel on State Route 434 in the Town of Owego.
He was caught on camera stealing thousands of dollars worth of items, and then fled the scene on a black bike.
