A 67-year-old man was killed in a two-car crash shortly after noon on Interstate 86 West near the Lowman exit.
According to the New York State Police, a 44-year-old driver of a tractor trailer crashed into a sedan which was heading the wrong way on the highway.
The 67-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor trailer was treated for minor injuries.
The car accident is under investigation.
