Van Etten man facing charges following incident in Montour Falls

A Van Etten man has been charged after police say he showed a gun during a dispute in Montour Falls last month.

According to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, 24-year-old Joseph A. Clark has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, which is a Class C felony. He has also been charged with a misdemeanor count of menacing in the second degree.

Deputies responded to to Henry Street in Montour Falls on Wednesday, June 25th for a report that Clark showed a gun during a dispute.

Clark was remanded to the Schuyler County Jail.
