A Bath man is facing charges in connection with a burglary last month.
According to police, 33-year-old Zachariah Cole has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, which is a Class D felony, and a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in the third degree.
Cole is accused of entering a condemned apartment on June 27. During the arrest last week, he was found with drugs and police said he intended to sell them to another person.
He was processed and released to appear in Bath Village Court at a later date.
