The former Ted Clark’s Busy Market property is back on the market.
The longtime Waverly grocery store shut its doors in February of 2024, and was sold last August. It was previously listed for just over $1.9 million dollars before the previous sale. According to WETM-TV it sold for just over $1 million dollars last summer.
The property has now been listed for $1,399,000 dollars and includes the grocery store along with a three-bedroom home next to the store.
The sale would also include all equipment, furnishings and fixtures from the grocery store.
The property has been listed by Cushman and Wakefield.
