Four local Little League All-Star teams will be competing in upcoming state tournaments.
The Union Endicott 10-to-12 year old All-State baseball team earned a 7-5 win over Big Flats last week to earn their spot in the state tournament. The team will travel to Staten Island for states.
The Vestal 9-to-11 year old baseball All-Stars will travel to the Bronx for the state tournament. The local squad beat Seneca Falls to punch their ticket to states.
The Maine-Endwell 8-to-10 year old baseball All-Stars will compete in the state tournament, which is being held at Logan Field in Endicott this year.
In softball, the Maine-Endwell 8 to 10 year old All-Stars will travel to Long Island for the state tournament.
