Stray Haven celebrated the Grand Opening of its new community dog park on Friday.
The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at the new Curly’s Forever Paws Park at the Stray Haven Humane Society and SPCA, located at 194 Shepard Road in Waverly.
