Rochester man arrested following knife attack at Watkins Glen International

A Rochester man was arrested Friday following a dispute at Watkins Glen International.

According to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, 33-year-old Gregory H. Harvey allegedly used a knife in the fight, seriously injuring the victim.

Harvey was charged with assault in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and sent to the county jail on $40,000 cash bail or $80,000 bond.

Additional charges are pending as the investigation continues.
