An Athens man was recently sentenced to 18 to 60 months in state prison related to a January incident.
According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s office, 27-year-old Gaige Daniel Brown entered a Dogwood Avenue home wearing a bandana around his face and threatened the occupants with a pistol. Brown discovered he had mistaken the occupants for someone else.
Brown was convicted for the charge of felony aggravated assault in the second degree.
