The funeral services have been announced for Tioga County Fair Board vice president Charles Truman.
Truman served as the board’s vice president for over a decade and dedicated countless hours to support the agricultural roots of our region.
The family will receive friends Saturday, August 23 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, located at 15 Park Street in Owego.
