The New York State Police has provided more information on Monday night’s motorcycle accident on Interstate 86 East.
According to police, a Harley Davidson being operated by a 38-year-old male veered off the roadway at approximately 6:07 pm on the highway ijn the Town of Nichols.
The driver and a 37-year-old female passenger were transported to the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre.
The passenger was listed in critical condition, while the driver was in stable condition.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
