District Judge Wilcox on leave; former judge Clark filling in

Longtime Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox has taken a leave of absence.

According to the Daily Review, Wilcox is currently on leave and Senior Magisterial District Judge Timothy Clark is filling In for an indefinite amount of time.

Clark formerly served as the district judge in Towanda, and in his role as senior magistrate can fill in at offices when needed.

Wilcox began his leave on Aug. 18. No reason was given for his absence.

Wilcox has served as the district judge in Troy since 1999. He started his most recent six-year term in 2024.
