Richford residents approve $2.9 million bond to improve fire station

Residents in the Town of Richford overwhelmingly approved a bond that will help repair the building that houses the town’s fire department.

Following the 121-53 vote, the town will receive $2.9 million dollars to improve the station.

The fire station was built in the 1930s and is in need of major repairs to remain operational.
