A 36-year-old Horseheads man is facing felony charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor.
According to the New York State Police, Henry W. Cuesta has been charged with felony sexual abuse in the first degree and a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.
Cuesta is accused of having inappropriate contact with a minor in the Town of Horseheads.
The investigation into the incident began in June.
