Holiday Showcase will return to downtown Owego this weekend.
The annual event will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and will feature store specials, street performances and festive fun around every corner.
Santa will arrive at noon on a horse-drawn carriage. Children are invited to stop by Spellbound Books on Church Street for a special visit.
