The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting welcoming a new business to downtown Owego.
Villaggio Italian Market has opened at 173 Front Street in Owego and features the market and a sit-down bistro.
The business is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 10 to 4.
