Two Binghamton men charged, sentenced for stealing from Dick’s in Johnson City

Two Binghamton men have been charged and sentenced for stealing from Dick’s House of Sport in Johnson City.

According to the Broome County District Attorney’s Office, $50,000 worth of merchandise was stolen between December 2024 and January 2025.

After an investigation, which included video surveillance and search warrants on vehicles, Damani Mizell and Lyteik Gadson were charged with attempted criminal enterprise.

They both pleaded guilty to the crime and have been sentenced to three to six years in state prison.
