The Christmas in Richford Tree Lighting Ceremony is set for this weekend.
The annual holiday event will take place from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 7 at the Richford Graded Schoolhouse, located on Route 38 in Richford.
Santa will arrive at 4 pm and there will be a hot cocoa bar, cookies and other treats. Watch out for the Grinch as well.
The Veteran Trees Lighting will begin at 4:30 with a community sing-along set for 4:45.
Finally, the Tree Lighting will be held at 5.
