The First Presbyterian Union Church of Owego will host an old-fashioned Christmas celebration next week.
The event will start at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 19 with a free-will donation pizza dinner and the making of cinnamon ornaments. RSVP is required for pizza. Text 607-768-2386 by Dec. 18th with the number of people attending.
Christmas caroling begins at 6:15, meet outside the church by the Temple Street entrance. No RSVP is required.
There will also be hot cocoa and cookies around the fireplace, vintage holiday music on the record player, a reading of the Christmas story and more.
The event will be held at the First Presbyterian Union Church, located at 90 North Ave. and Temple Street in Owego.
