A fire damaged a home in Newark Valley on Monday evening.
According to WBNG-TV, the fire occurred on Bailey Hollow Road.
The fire was contained to a bedroom. Residents were able to close off the room before leaving the house.
The fire did not spread to the rest of the house. No injuries have been reported from the incident.
Firefighters from Newark Valley and Campville responded to the scene.
