Guthrie Lourdes Hospital is enhancing its cancer care capabilities with the relocation of its Medical Oncology and Infusion teams to a modern, expanded facility on the hospital campus.

On Friday, Jan. 16, the medical oncology and infusion teams will move from their current hospital location to the ground floor of the DePaul Pavilion on the Lourdes campus. Medical oncology will begin seeing patients in the new space that same day. The infusion center will transition in the afternoon and begin seeing patients in the new location on Saturday, Jan. 17.

The new location offers a substantially larger footprint, allowing for improved patient flow and a more seamless transition between consultations and treatments. The DePaul Pavilion space has been fully renovated to prioritize privacy, comfort and advanced clinical care.

In addition to the expanded space, the facility features updated treatment areas designed to provide a more serene and comfortable atmosphere for patients during longer infusion sessions.

The transition is designed to be seamless for all current patients. All contact information, including phone numbers for the Medical Oncology and Infusion teams, will remain the same.

Patients with appointments on or after Friday, Jan. 16, should go directly to the DePaul Pavilion. The pavilion entrance is located next to the hospital’s main entrance — directly across from the parking garage. For more information about cancer services or the move, visit www.guthrie.org.
