A Newark Valley man is facing charges after he violated sex offender registry requirements.
According to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, 40-year-old Joshua M. Baldock was charged with a Class E felony for the violation.
Baldock is a level one sex offender, who allegedly failed to register specific internet information with law enforcement or the New York State Sex Offender Registry within 10 days.
He was arraigned and remains in the Tioga County Jail on a parole violation.
