COLUMBIA CROSS ROADS, Pa. — A Bradford County maple farm is inviting the community to celebrate maple season while supporting a local nonprofit during a two-day event later this month.
Pancake Days will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, and Sunday, March 29, at Fay’s Sugar Shack on Berwick Turnpike in Columbia Cross Roads.
The event will feature a pancake breakfast with eggs, homemade sausage, coffee, milk, butter, and real maple syrup. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children, with all proceeds benefiting the South Creek Lions Club in Gillett.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to learn more about maple production, sample products, and watch demonstrations throughout the day.
