BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Local high school students got a look at future career opportunities during a visit to the Koffman Incubator in Binghamton.
The event, hosted by the Small Business Development Center at Binghamton University, brought students from Owego Apalachin to the facility for a hands-on learning experience.
The visit builds on earlier outreach efforts, giving students the chance to explore real-world career paths and see how businesses are developed and supported.
During the tour, students learned about entrepreneurship, business planning, and the resources available to help launch and grow a company.
Koffman Incubator is home to startups, entrepreneurs, and established businesses, providing a collaborative environment for innovation and growth.
Students spent the morning touring the space and hearing from business owners who began their journeys at the incubator.
