Three people were killed in a house fire in Dryden on Wednesday morning.
The fire occurred on the 300 block of Cortland Road in the Town of Dryden.
Firefighters responded to a single family home that was fully engulfed at around 10 am on Wednesday.
Several individuals were in the home at the time of the fire and were unable to get out.
The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office said 30-year-old Christy M. Oralls, 31-year-old Katherine F. Gray and 3-year-old Paisley M. Wood were killed in the fire.
Another family member, a 54-year-old man was transported to the Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse to be treated for injuries.
Officials said four dogs also likely died in the incident.
The investigation into the fire is ongoing.
