The annual Spiedie Fest and Balloon Rally will return to Binghamton in August.
The event will be held from Friday, Aug. 7 through Sunday, Aug. 9 at Otsiningo Park.
Country star Brett Young will perform on Saturday night and Locash will hit the stage on Sunday evening.
Tickets are on sale at spiediefest.com and at participating Mirabito convenience stores.
Spiedie Fest will also feature rides, food, vendors, a car show and more.
