A popular discount retailer is opening a location in Johnson City.
Marshalls has signed a lease at the Oakdale Commons. It will be taking over a space that was previously occupied by multiple stores near the Five Guys and BJ’s Wholesale Club.
The department store has over 1,000 stores in the United States.
The new Marshalls location will force the relocation of the Oakdale Commons management offices, security and public restrooms to an area near Center Court.
According to News Channel 34, the store might not be ready until the fall of next year.
