The 44th Annual Owego Strawberry Festival is set for this weekend.
The popular event kicks off on Thursday, with a 5K Walk and Run at Hickories Park in Owego.
There will be over 20 bands on several stages throughout the Strawberry Festival, including the Block Party on Friday evening. Grand fireworks conclude the festivities for Friday.
The annual Strawberry Festival parade will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday. Following the parade, a day of music, children’s activities, vendors and more will take place in downtown Owego.
