A bus driver was arrested for operating the bus while intoxicated over the weekend.
According to Binghamton Police, 52-year-old Daniel Lugo of Boca Raton, Florida, was charged with DWI following an incident on Sunday.
Police responded to the Greater Binghamton Transportation Center on Chenango Street at around 4 am on Sunday for a report of a FlixBus driver operating a bus with passengers while intoxicated.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
