Owego police reported 157 calls for service, four motor vehicle collisions, three arrests and four traffic tickets in their weekly report covering September 28 through October 4.

The report says Wally M. Morris, 63, of Owego was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, after a vehicle-damage investigation on Central Avenue. He received an appearance ticket for Village of Owego Court.

Kimberly M. Clark, 45, of Owego was arrested on a New York State Parole warrant, according to police. She was turned over to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office and held in the county jail pending further proceedings.

A North Avenue traffic stop led to charges against Ezekiel I. Conklin, 22, of Nichols. Police listed third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a vehicle with suspended registration and operating without insurance. He received appearance tickets.

The report supplies a summary of police activity and does not establish guilt. The criminal charges remain allegations.
