Family members of those lost at the American Civic Association Tragedy will gather Sunday for a brief remembrance at 1:00pm, April 3rd.
A moment of silence will be observed as family members lay flowers at the site, as they mark the 2nd anniversary of the ACA tragedy.
Binghamton mayor Matt Ryan will attend.
The American Civic Association is located at 131 Front Street in Binghamton.
